Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to KR Agency Hub, operated by KR Enterprise Group ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our platform at krenterprisegroup.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
KR Agency Hub is a management platform for insurance agencies and agents. The platform provides tools for agent management, contract tracking, compliance tracking, and related administrative functions.
3. Account Registration and Access
Access to the platform is by invitation only. You must be invited by an authorized administrator to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
4. Notifications
KR Agency Hub communicates with users through email, in-app push notifications, and — when a recipient has provided explicit prior consent — SMS/MMS messages. Email and push messages are strictly operational and account-related. SMS/MMS messages are only sent to individuals who have separately opted in through the public web-form mechanism described in Section 4a below.
Notification Types: Notifications include:
- Account setup invitations
- Password setup and access notifications
- Contract status updates
- Contract approval notifications
- Missing information reminders
You may manage your notification preferences at any time from your profile settings.
4a. SMS/MMS Messaging Terms
KR Enterprise Group does not advertise or offer a text-to-join short-code, keyword, or number as a way to sign up for SMS. Our sole public initial SMS opt-in mechanism is the web form described below.
Initial opt-in — public web form only. KR Enterprise Group may send SMS/MMS messages only to recipients who have provided appropriate prior express consent by actively checking a separate, optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox on a public KR lead/contact form. Leaving the checkbox unchecked submits the form without any SMS opt-in and no SMS will be sent.
Re-subscription for previously opted-out numbers. A mobile number that has previously replied STOP (or an equivalent Spanish opt-out keyword) may resume messaging by replying START or UNSTOP from the same mobile phone number. START/UNSTOP are processed only as carrier-required re-subscription commands for numbers already in our system — they are not a public initial opt-in acquisition method, are not advertised as such, and cannot create a new SMS relationship with a number that never opted in via the web form.
See our Privacy Policy for details on how SMS consent records and mobile phone numbers are handled.
- Messages may include responses to inquiries, requested insurance information, appointment confirmations and reminders, application and service updates, customer support, and other communications covered by the recipient's consent.
- Message frequency varies depending on the recipient's activity (e.g. appointments booked, applications submitted, information requested).
- Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel SMS messages (Spanish: BAJA, CANCELA, CANCELAR, ALTO, PARAR).
- Reply HELP for assistance (Spanish: AYUDA, INFORMACION).
- Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase of any product or service.
- Opting out of SMS does not prevent you from using KR Agency Hub, submitting a lead/contact form, or receiving other communication channels (e.g. email or phone calls) unless separately requested.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
A permanent, timestamped consent record is stored each time a user opts in via the web form, including the exact disclosure wording they accepted. Consent records are maintained for compliance and operational purposes.
4b. Agent SMS/MMS Messaging Terms
Separately from the customer SMS program in Section 4a, KR Enterprise Group operates an Agent SMS Program using a dedicated Twilio Messaging Service and phone number (+1 (813) 701-2300). This program is intended for authorized agents and agency users of KR Agency Hub and is described publicly at https://krenterprisegroup.app/agent-sms.
Initial opt-in — authenticated Notification Preferences only. Agents opt in inside the authenticated KR Agency Hub application (Profile → Notification Preferences → Text Message). The SMS option is OFF by default and requires an affirmative action by the agent, accepting an on-screen disclosure before SMS is enabled.
- Agent SMS consent is voluntary. It is not required to contract, do business with KR Enterprise Group, or use KR Agency Hub.
- Consent is tied to the specific mobile number on the agent's profile at the time of opt-in. Changing the mobile number requires a new affirmative opt-in.
- Message types may include contracting updates, onboarding updates, training reminders, event reminders, compliance reminders, certification reminders, follow-ups, account/operational updates, and responses to agent inquiries.
- Message frequency varies depending on the agent's activity in the platform.
- Message and data rates may apply per the wireless carrier's plan.
- Reply STOP to opt out (Spanish: BAJA, CANCELA, CANCELAR, ALTO, PARAR).
- Reply HELP for assistance (Spanish: AYUDA, INFORMACION).
- Turning the Text Message (SMS/MMS) toggle OFF in Notification Preferences is treated as an SMS opt-out and creates an append-only opt-out record.
- START, UNSTOP, YES, SI, ALTA are honored only as re-subscription for a mobile number that previously opted out — they are not an initial opt-in acquisition method for this program.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
See our Privacy Policy for details on how agent SMS consent records and mobile phone numbers are handled.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You shall not:
- Use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
- Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the platform without authorization.
5b. Third-Party Integrations
KR Agency Hub connects to a limited set of third-party services to deliver features. You can opt out of each integration by not connecting or disconnecting it from your profile:
- Google Calendar & Google OAuth — optional. When connected, we write events, appointments, follow-ups, and reminders you create in KR Agency Hub to your personal Google Calendar. Sync is one-way: changes you make on Google Calendar do not flow back. Our use of Google user data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy — Limited Use requirements, including the prohibition on using Google data for advertising or transferring it to third parties beyond the scope of the feature you enabled.
- SendGrid — used to deliver transactional emails (invitations, notifications, event broadcasts). Only your email address and message contents are shared.
- Object Storage (Emergent-managed) — hosts files you or an admin upload (profile photos, carrier logos, event covers, marketing pieces, contract attachments).
- Emergent LLM services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) — power optional AI-assisted features. We never send sensitive identifiers (SSN, banking details) to LLM providers.
- Stripe — payment processor for platform fees, when applicable. Stripe handles card data directly under its own terms.
You are responsible for compliance with the terms of any third-party service you connect via KR Agency Hub. Revoking access from your Google Account or profile settings will halt the corresponding sync within minutes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of KR Enterprise Group and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KR Enterprise Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
